There are different ways of playing but the loser is generally either pushed out of the ring or pushed over and bodyslammed.

To prolong matches it is worth starting on the outside of the inner ring. This makes for a more tactical match as there is no run up to knock the opponent off balance instantly.

Protective gear MUST be worn at all times and wrestling should only take place on the mat.
